Gould-Bass Company offers offer in-house repairs and calibrations as well as assistance with off-site requirements via phone, fax, e-mail or authorized repair facility.
Repair and Maintenance
Our service technicians are skilled and highly trained in the repair and maintenance of our competetors’ equipment as well as our own. If we don’t have a distributor or representative in your area, we can arrange interstate travel for one of our field service technicians. Gould-Bass Company is pleased to offer scheduled maintenance contracts which include discounts for maintenance and repair parts. Our technicians can calibrate most small instruments during routine maintenance visits in addition to large equipment such as MPI units.
Calibration
Our calibration lab offers a quick turnaround (usually within 7 days) for calibration and certification of gauges, indicators, shunt kits, and timers. Calibration itemsare returned via UPS ground at no extra charge within the 48 contiguous United States. Certifications can be provided with quarterly, semi-annual or annual expiration dates depending upon the specifications to which your facility complies. Be sure to specify which schedule your instrument requires. All certifications are NIST traceable and we provide both before and after readings on all of our certifications. For ease in submitting your instrument for calibration, please complete a Calibration Request Form and include a copy with your unit.
