Gould-Bass Company offers in-house repairs and calibrations, as well as assistance with off-site requirements via phone, fax, e-mail, or through an authorized repair facility.
Repair and Maintenance
Our service technicians are skilled and highly trained in repairing and maintaining both our competitors’ equipment and our own. If we don’t have a distributor or representative in your area, we can arrange interstate travel for one of our field service technicians. Gould-Bass Company is pleased to offer scheduled maintenance contracts that include discounts on maintenance and repair parts. Our technicians can calibrate most small instruments during routine maintenance visits, as well as large equipment such as MPI units.
Calibration
Our calibration lab offers a quick turnaround (usually within 7 days) for calibration and certification of gauges, indicators, shunt kits, and timers. Calibration itemsare returned via UPS ground at no extra charge within the 48 contiguous United States. Certifications can be issued with quarterly, semi-annual, or annual expiration dates, depending on the specifications your facility complies with. Be sure to specify which schedule your instrument requires. All certifications are NIST traceable, and we provide both before and after readings on all of our certifications. For ease in submitting your instrument for calibration, please complete a Calibration Request Form and include a copy with your unit.
